UMP divulga relatório sobre casos de violência contra a mulher em Picos

<p><span style="color: #333333; font-size: 10pt">Em documento divulgado pela a UMP – União da Mulher Picoense, nesta semana, foram registradas junto a delegacia da mulher de Picos, no período de junho de 2008 a março de 2010, 59 casos de ameaça contra a mulher e 50 casos de lesão corporal, um número considerado alto muito embora na maioria dos casos as vítimas não registrem denúncia em um órgão policial.</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #333333; font-size: 10pt">Segundo os dados divulgados ao todo foram registrados 47 TCOs – Termo Circunstanciado de Ocorrência, 386, BOs – Boletins de Ocorrências e 207 Inquéritos Instaurados. Na maioria das ocorrências a violência é praticada dentro do próprio convívio familiar das vítimas, principalmente por companheiros e conhecidos.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #333333; font-size: 10pt">No relatório constam ainda dez casos de estupro de vulnerável e sete casos de estupro presumido, o que ressalta a ação violenta e covarde praticada em alguns casos.</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #333333; font-size: 10pt">A intenção é alertar sobre o crescente número de ocorrências envolvendo a violência contra a mulher na cidade de Picos para que medidas sejam tomadas por autoridades competentes para a prevenção e combate a este tipo de agressão.</span></p>
