Governo licita compra de equipamentos médicos no valor de R$ 872 mil para o HRJL
Os novos equipamentos serão remetidos ao prédio da policlínica, com o termo de concessão do prédio para o Estado / Arquivo
<div style="line-height: normal"><span style="color: #666666; font-size: 10pt">O governo do Estado do Piauí licitou compra de equipamentos no valor de R$ 872.532 a serem destinados ao Hospital Regional Justino luz, em Picos. Ao todo 14 extratos de contrato foram publicados no Diário Oficial do Estado, na edição do dia 22 de dezembro, com especificação dos nomes das empresas ganhadoras das licitações e valores a serem destinados a compra de materiais e equipamentos hospitalares.</span></div>

<div style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt"><span style="line-height: 115%; color: #666666; font-size: 10pt">A compra de equipamentos hospitalares faz parte de estratégia do Governo do Estado para equipar a Policlínica Especializada de Picos, que por duas vezes teve a licitação para compra de equipamentos barrada pela justiça por conta de ação popular proposta por médicos picoenses contrários a aquisição de equipamentos para a policlínica, sob justificativa de que a policlínica seria montada pelo poder público para uma entidade privada, a </span><span style="line-height: 115%; color: #666666; font-size: 10pt">Associação ProBrasil, responsável pela construção e administração do prédio em terreno doado pelo prefeito municipal de Picos, Gil Marques de Medeiros. </span></div>
<div style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt"><span style="line-height: 115%; color: #666666; font-size: 10pt">Como forma de solucionar o problema a ONG ProBrasil cedeu o prédio da policlínica ao Governo do Estado por um período estabelecido em contrato, sendo assim a administração da policlínica especializada passou a ser de responsabilidade do Governo do Estado do Piauí. A solenidade de concessão foi realizada no dia 06 de junho deste ano.</span></div>
<div><span style="color: #666666; font-size: 10pt">Como o Hospital Justino Luz não tem estrutura física receber o material e equipamento, e por varias vezes já foi comentada a possibilidade do prédio ser interditado, os novos equipamentos serão remetidos ao prédio da policlínica, com o termo de concessão do prédio para o Estado.</span></div>

<div style="line-height: normal"><span style="color: #666666; font-size: 10pt">Localizada as margens da BR-316, no Bairro Paraibinha, próximo a Piauí Têxtil, as instalações da Policlínica Especializada de Picos, foram inauguradas no dia 02 de outubro de 2009 pelo então Governador do Estado, Wellington Dias.</span></div>

<div><span style="color: #666666; font-size: 10pt">A estrutura física da policlínica está pronta com 280 leitos, quatro UTIs e 6 centros cirúrgicos, falta apenas o material e equipamento, para o seu devido funcionamento. Conforme os responsáveis pela ONG PróBrasil a policlínica funcionará apenas com recursos do SUS, sem cobrar exames particulares.</span><span style="color: #666666; font-size: 10pt"> </span></div>

<p><span style="color: #666666; font-size: 10pt">Desde a inauguração da pedra fundamental do centro médico de referencia da cidade de Picos vários assuntos polêmicos vieram a tona, que vão desde a não concordância de médicos picoenses contra a aquisição de equipamentos da policlínica até o pagamento de pessoal do centro de referencia pelo Governo mesmo o prédio estando inativo.</span></p>

É por esses e outros desvios que o HRJL esta entregue as baratas, os pacientes em estado grave que ali entram, morrem se não tiver condições de ir a The, falo porque fui vitima recentemente e sei como os pacientes são tratados, sei também que ainda falta muito para que os funcionários cheguem aos pés dos da capital, pois lá existe humanidade, os médicos, enfermeiros e técnicos te tratam muito bem. Mas também com tanto desvio como poder haver incentivo????
